There are plenty of products and projects that support ELT.
Though there are not many full throated, open source, opinionated frameworks. Think Ruby on Rails, Laravel etc.
The projects that exist struggle to provide support to the development community on repeatable design patterns that should be reasonably ubiquitous within the industry, yet are not.
